Welcome to Badass Queen™. By accessing or using badassqueen.co (the "Site"), purchasing products, joining our Ambassador program, or enrolling in coaching or advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Badass Queen™ and Sparkle Queen™ are federally registered trademarks owned by Renee Carbone Fleming / Sparkle Queens LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We offer branded merchandise, apparel, coaching services, an Ambassador affiliate program, and related digital products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, join the Ambassador program, or enroll in coaching services through this Site.

3. Products, Pricing & Fulfillment

- All merchandise is produced print-on-demand through third-party production partners (including Printify). Because items are made to order, colors, sizing, and minor print variations may differ slightly from photos shown on the Site.
- Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed.
- Returns and refunds are governed by our separate [Return & Refund Policy].
- We are not responsible for delays caused by our production or shipping partners, though we'll always work to make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

Badass Queen™, Sparkle Queen™, the WATCH ME Method™, and all associated logos, designs, content, and materials on this Site are the property of Renee Carbone Fleming / Sparkle Queens LLC and are protected by U.S. trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our trademarks, designs, or content without written permission — including in your own products, marketing, or business names, even as an Ambassador.

5. Ambassador / Affiliate Program

- The Ambassador program is a referral-commission program. Ambassadors earn commission on tracked sales made through their unique link or discount code, per the tier structure published on our Ambassador page.
- The Ambassador program does not involve inventory purchase, minimum stocking requirements, or compensation for recruiting other Ambassadors. Commission is earned solely on completed, verified retail sales.
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates, tiers, bonuses, or program terms at any time, with notice to active Ambassadors.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Ambassador's participation for fraud, misrepresentation of the brand, or violation of these Terms.
- Ambassadors are independent, non-exclusive marketing partners, not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Badass Queen™, and may not make claims, promises, or representations on our behalf beyond what we provide in official marketing materials.

6. Coaching & Advisory Services

Coaching, courses, and advisory services offered by Renee Carbone Fleming are for educational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice, and no specific results, income, or outcomes are guaranteed. You are responsible for your own business, financial, and personal decisions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's; upload harmful code; misrepresent your affiliation with Badass Queen™; or interfere with the Site's operation or other users' experience.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site and Ambassador program may rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Printify, UpPromote, Shopify, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or policies of these third parties, though we select partners we trust.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products/services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Badass Queen™, Sparkle Queens LLC, and Renee Carbone Fleming are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, products, coaching services, or Ambassador program.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Badass Queen™, Sparkle Queens LLC, and Renee Carbone Fleming from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our intellectual property.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
