Badass Queen™ Shipping Policy

Every piece is made just for you — so shipping looks a little different than a standard retailer. Here's exactly what to expect.

## Production Time

Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is made after you order it. Please allow **2-7 business days** for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping time below.

## Shipping Time

Once production is complete, standard shipping typically takes:
- **U.S. orders:** 3-7 business days
- **International orders:** 7-20 business days, depending on destination and customs

Total time from order to delivery is usually **5-14 business days for U.S. orders**, longer for international. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages if items are produced at different facilities — you'll get tracking for each.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 7 business days of ordering, check spam or email us — we're happy to look it up.

Shipping Costs

Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier first — most "missing" packages turn up within a few days. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect or refund orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly, though we'll do what we can if you catch it fast (email us immediately).

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery.
